2 oz vanilla vodka
1/2 oz ginger syrup
3 oz orange juice
1/2 oz half and half
2 drops salt solution
(20 gms salt dissolved in 100 ml water)
Combine all ingredients and shake well with ice. Pour into tall iced glass.
Garnish with whipped orange juice
Whipped Orange Juice
500 ml orange juice
7 gms agar agar
Heat 250 ml orange juice. Whisk in agar with hand blender, boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and pour in remaining 250 ml of juice. Let set in refrigerator. Blend to a smooth gel and put into whipped cream dispenser. Charge with nitrous.
